What is your pricing?

We are very comparable to other barn venues in Miami County and often less then the Dayton area. We are a family owned business so we have flexibility in our pricing. Pricing varies based on date, availability and the size of the event.  Ben will be happy to speak with you about your event and provide pricing. 

Do you have real Bathrooms?

 Yes, we have modern bathrooms with hot and cold running water.

Do you allow guest to leave cars overnight ? 

Yes, we encourage you to leave vehicles on site if they cannot be safely driven.  

Are there any Hotels nearby and do We get a discount? 

Yes to both, there are several hotels very close.  The Holiday Inn Express is 3 miles away. 
The Holiday Inn Express provides a volume discount for weddings.   A block of rooms are requested by the Wedding Party to be  held and as guests  book the rate adjusts.  When you book say you are with the "insert couple" wedding party.  If they have reserved rooms then you are added to the list. This is based on availability so please confirm when booking. 

How do I book a date? 

In order to secure the booking of your wedding date, a deposit of $1000 and a signed contract is required  The remaining balance may be paid up to thirty days prior to your event.

How lonG Do I get the property? 

We open our doors at 9:30 am and you have use of the property until 11:30 pm.  

How many people can the barn hold? 

We can comfortably host up to 200 of your family and friends.

Are tables and chairs included? 

We provide tables and seating for up to 200 for the wedding and reception.  We have chairs for each area so you do not need to move any around. 

Where are you located? ​

We are located 3 miles west off  of  I75 at Exit 67 Tipp City / West Milton.  We are close to town but still maintain a country feel. ​
